A memorable experience!
We certainly appreciate for your suggestions on our daily activity, it sure beats thinking on vacation. We knew nothing about St. Lucia prior to the trip but we have lots of fond memories about this island, we believe the view from above at The Inn over looking Marigot Bay is worth staying here. We hope to return to the island in the future and we sure will stay at your home. And Louise, we love your breakfast; Normand, we appreciate your sense of humor!!! That's shock treatment!! We discovered Marigot Bay while taking a one-day catamaran tour around the coast of St. Lucia in February 2001. It was so beautiful and peaceful, we were determined to return there for a vacation. We noticed the buildings overlooking the bay and wondered if they were actually available as tourist accommodations. So it was off to the internet.
Paul & I had a wonderful week. You are wonderful hosts. The breakfasts on the deck overlooking the bay were fantastic. Such a picturesque setting to accompany Louise's marvelous muffins, incredible croissants, fabulous fruits, coffee, juice etc, etc. Now we just have a bowl of cereal and off to work we go...... Normand, you were always there to ensure we had everything we needed - arranging tours, suggesting restaurants, driving us to and from Marigot Bay, and of course those jokes - yes, those jokes.......... The tours were great - the Jungle Tour with Kendall; Les Pitons - there's something magical about them; the north shore with Moses for a shopping and beach day; the Friday night Jump Up Party at Anse La Raye; the tour to Castries. We did a lot in one week and we thank you for arranging all of these. It was a different holiday for us. We normally take all-inclusive vacations, staying at large hotels and becoming lost in the crowds. We felt special with you. You pay attention to detail and treat your guests like friends. Our vacation was so relaxing. There was one problem, however. It wasn't long enough!!! We certainly plan to visit again some day and can highly recommend the Inn on the Bay. Modern comfort in an exotic island setting!
We found St. Lucia lush and beautiful. We will always remember our trip to
the Pitons and the Botanical Garden, the little restaurants around Marigot, and
the Anse la Raye street party (best crayfish Brygida ever had!). Then, of
course, there were Normand's "jokes", Louise's delectable muffins and
meeting new friends at breakfast. Did we tell you about the time we went
for a drive with Jack and Sharon and ran out of road in the hills near the
reservoir? Oh yeah, I guess we did :-). Brygida Berse and Steve Wertheim - Cambridge USA Dear Normand and Louise...Well, we made it safely back to the States, very much missing the sun and the water!!
Thank you both for making our first anninversary unforgettable and incredibly special!! St. Lucia, The Inn on the Bay, and the many friends we met there will always be a fond memory! We absolutely hope to meet up with you again someday!! The most perfect holiday!
As you know, we found you via your website where you outline your dream for the Inn on the Bay. All we can say is that you have realized it. We had the most perfect holiday, in the most beautiful place, looked after by the most considerate of hosts. Our memories are many, but include: We'll watch out for you coming up our road. What a wonderful time!
The breakfasts of coffee, fresh fruit, cheese, cereal and topped off with chocolate in the pastries were a great touch. Bull finches darting around the rails and tables added to the ambiance. Normand gave us a humorous information on the sights to see and great restaurant recommendations that were right on. My wife loved the sunsets from Normand's "big deck"!!! Normand filled us in on activities in the bay and also around the island. Many times he called to check on times and reservations. All in all we would recommend the Inn on the Bay to anyone who wants a quiet atmosphere with great views, wonderful engaging hosts and impeccable clean rooms. you so much for your hospitality and your attentiveness to our needs. You have
made our trip an enjoyable and memorable experience. 
We came upon the Inn on the Bay. We looked no
further. Your website is great and gave us a wealth of information,
not only about your Inn, but about the many things to do on the island .
The testimonials were wonderful, your guests have nothing but good things to say
about you - and it's all true.

thanks for our souvenir - we would just like to say in our understated
British way that we enjoyed our time with you both very much and would love
to come back one day.
We
had a wonderful time staying with you and would recommend the Inn On The Bay to
anyone. Your website gives an accurate impression of what it is like to stay at
the Inn - fantastic views, quiet and peaceful atmosphere, friendly and helpful
hosts. Almost as impressive as the view, was the Inn itself - modern
comfort in an exotic island setting. We had fun feeding the bullfinches,
trying to photograph the hummingbirds, spotting the graceful little lizards and
listening to the tree frogs - all without even leaving the grounds!
We
did plenty of research prior to choosing your Inn, and what you promised was
delivered!! Beautiful accommodations, stunning view (loved watching those boats
with the binoculars), yummy breakfast and gracious hosts! Thank you so much,
Normand, for the reservations at The Coal Pot, the riding stable, and with Scuba
St. Lucia. Greg says that he has so many extra points, he could send you some if
you are running low. (ha-ha). 
First,
thanks for the photo - its now doing service as wallpaper on the
computer.....lots of points, Normand! Well, England is much as we left it - grey
skies, rain and pretty chilly. Its very hard to think about the warmth, beauty
and tranquillity on the island.

What
a wonderful time we had at the Inn on the Bay and the island of St Lucia.
Normand and Louise were gracious and wonderful hosts. We arrived in the
dark but awoke to an awesome view of Marigot Bay below with sailboats, beautiful
water and plenty of sunshine.
